Construction of a shielded keyboard

Possible problems

During the construction of this shielded keyboard something can happen that would create a problem for the keyboard's function.

If the holes on the aluminum foil are not well aligned with the holes of the plastic cover then when you put the screws into them and turn the screws the foil may be caught by the screw and twisted, ripped, and the ripped foil can go below a key which could not work well.

If this happens it can be fixed by reopening the keyboard and aligning the foil to the screws before closing again.

This solution can be applied to several models of keyboards, usually low price are better for this.
